|
Registration is required to attend the SCAJ2019 exhibition, and all visitors
are strongly encouraged to pre-register online as well as to complete all
payments online in advance. This will ensure a smooth entry procedure at
reception as significant congestion at entry is expected.
 ■Entry Fee
・On-site: JPY 1,500 (tax-included)
・Pre-registration: JPY 1,000 (tax-included)
Those who have invitations issued by either organizers or exhibitors may enter for free. ■About Pre-registration
・Entry fee for general visitors is JPY1,500 (including tax). By pre-registering
online, general visitors will be charged a discounted entry fee of JPY1,000
(including tax).
・This will ensure a smooth entry procedure at reception as significant
congestion at entry is expected.
・Pre-registration is required to attend seminar sessions.

Visitors who pre-register online will also be eligible to win official novelty giveaways (up to 2,000 visitors per day). ■Note
・After completing the registration process an Admission Badge Voucher will
be displayed as ready to print on “My Page”. Please print this document
and bring it to the venue reception in order to receive an admission badge.
・We encourage those who have invitations to also pre-register online to
help ensure smooth entry. Please show invitations at the entrance. An entry
fee of JPY1,000 (including tax) will be charged to invitation holders who
do not bring their invitations.

■Coffee Village & Roaster Area
Come and visit our Coffee Village and Roaster Area! At Coffee Village, you can find very unique cafes and micro-roasters booths, coming from local areas all over Japan. At Roaster Area, you can get hands-on experience, the raw coffee beans roasted by a large scale machine, just in front of you. Please enjoy our exciting events, such as Roaster Training Seminars, Cupping Sessions and Espresso Bars at our Area! 
■New Products Corner
We’ve set up the “New Products Corner” of the new items at the right and left spaces near the entrance. If you visit these area, you can surely find the state-of-the art items in coffee industry. Please visit the booth indicated in the signboard with the items, if you are interested in some items.  |
